This 2015 Grand Design Solitude 379FL has an overall length of 42 feet and comes equipped with 5 slide-outs, this 101” wide body fifth wheel to expand to an incredible 440 sq ft of living space. With high ceilings throughout most of this coach the feeling of expansiveness never ends. Carpeted front living room boasts a fireplace/heater combo, a retractable 50” LCD TV and an AM/FM CD player. Two sofas expand and join to create a single large sleeping area. Also, twin recliners face the TV. The kitchen includes wood look linoleum flooring, an island with double stainless-steel sinks, art glass pendant lighting and plenty of cabinet space. A full-sized panty contains pull-out drawers and adjustable shelving. The stove/oven have never been used and the convection microwave oven is as clean as new. Overhead is a MaxxAir fan with rain sensing technology and wall mount controls. There is another LCD TV in the kitchen that can swivel for viewing from any angle. A table with custom tile inlay has four chairs in its own slide out across from the island. Bathroom features a pocket door for privacy, a large one-piece fiberglass walk-in shower with skylight, porcelain toilet, vessel sink, MaxxAir fan and deep linen closet. Carpeted bedroom features a queen-bed with custom headboard and nightstands, overhead reading lights, underneath storage with safe and a pull-out boot drawer and jewelry tray. There is a wall mounted LCD TV over one of two dressers. A wide mirrored closet spans three quarters of the rear wall. Also, a single closet is prepped for a washer/dryer combo. Overhead is a MaxxAir fan. An AM/FM CD Player feeds both indoor and outdoor speakers. Bedroom features an entry/exit door for travel access to the bathroom and bedroom. Primary storage compartment is illuminated, carpeted, climate controlled and has the connection for a fourth TV. A 20’ powered awning is fully operational. RV features a 6-point hydraulic leveling system and fully enclosed underbelly w/heated tanks. Generator prepped. Coach has less than 100 miles since new, it was used for full timing, towed in place for a non-smoking adult couple with no pets. This RV has been inspected annually to maintain its Forever Warranty status. RV recently (Sept/2020) underwent 10K in upgrades. Extira brand material used in four slides and rain gutters installed in all five slides. Roof was cleaned and sealed using Dicor brand products.
