This 2014 Heartland Road Warrior RW 390 Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler is in good condition and has had several updates and improvements. It features two side awnings, plus an additional awning over the garage deck. The rear ramp door converts into an outdoor deck with a guardrail system, and the garage includes four-season doors and washer/dryer prep. Recent updates include a one-year-old roof, updated tires, and residential-style couches that are approximately a year and a half old. The garage seating and window trim have also been reupholstered. Additional improvements include two new A/C roof vents and four new roof vents, with the interior vent components replaced as well. Both A/C units work great, the heat works great, and the living room electric fireplace is in perfect working order. The floors have no soft spots. This Road Warrior has been owned by its third owner and offers a great combination of toy-hauling capability, comfortable living space, and useful upgrades.
