I purchased this camper and have added many new
items. The front A/C and heat pump are new, and this model was prepped for a
second A/C but did not come with one from the factory, so I purchased and
installed it. All of the slide seals have been replaced, and the toilet was
replaced with a new one. It has two batteries and a new power inverter.
The tires have approximately 3,000 miles on
them. The new Torklift stairs are especially useful for narrow parking areas
and campsites because they can fold down like a ladder or extend into a
five-step configuration with individual leg adjustments.
I also installed a MaxxAir fan with remote in
the bathroom, a new kitchen faucet, and the unit has a 12-volt refrigerator
that works great. The water heater operates on electric and gas. This fifth
wheel is considered half-ton towable, and I pulled it to California last
October with my 2018 F-150 King Ranch with the 3.5L EcoBoost, and it pulled
great. I am selling because I
purchased a larger camper. The unit has a transferable warranty valid through
June 15, 2027, upon registration of the new owner and payment of a $75 transfer
fee. The warranty period remaining decreases each day the camper is not sold.
