“We are selling our favorite RV of all time, a 2022 Keystone Montana 3761FL Fifth Wheel, as we’ve recently moved to Florida for work and just don’t have the time or space to enjoy it for the next few years. We are the second owners; the original owners purchased it new to park at their lake, and we took it on the road to travel the U.S. for a year. After that, we realized we weren’t quite done with work yet, so we’re ready to part ways with this incredible RV. This fifth wheel has never been in Florida storms and is in excellent condition. It has never been in water, and there are no leaks or any damage of any kind. Special features include a 2000-watt inverter, 200-watt solar on the roof with a Victron solar charger, and a new 460AH Lithium EPOCH self-heating battery with Bluetooth capabilities. Additionally, it has a Victron smart shunt, central vacuum system inside and out, and upgraded MorRyde hydraulic assist entry steps. The built-in 50 Amp SouthWire surge guard and 6-point hydraulic auto leveling system ensure convenience and stability, while the top-of-the-line Road Armor suspension with 6” travel protection and new rotor assemblies with new brakes provide excellent performance. It also features an upgraded handrail and a Road Armor King Pin Hitch. Inside, the fifth wheel boasts a Splendide washer/dryer combo that works perfectly, two large awnings, and massive pass-through storage in the rear, with more up front. The front living area features two sleeper sofas, two power recliners with heat and massage, a new Smart TV on a Televator, and a large panoramic fireplace. The full-size residential refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water, and the kitchen includes a large island with a double sink, upgraded faucet, and Suburban stove/oven. The RV has 1 full master bath and a half bath for guests, with 2 black tanks, 2 grey tanks, and a large freshwater tank, all equipped with tank heaters. The master suite, located upstairs in the rear, can accommodate a queen or king mattress and has double-basin sinks in the master bath, a large shower, and an upgraded porcelain toilet. For comfort, the RV is equipped with a walkable roof with 15k A/C units, 3 MaxxAir fans, and an upgraded Wi-Fi/Bluetooth thermostat, allowing you to set it, walk away, and adjust it remotely as long as you have Wi-Fi. This RV offers too many features to mention and is priced to sell at $77,800, well below the NADA suggested list price of $122K. We also have a 2017 F450 Lariat Dually with a 6.7 PowerStroke engine that we will be selling as well for an additional cost that is in great condition, running perfectly.”
