The unit is being sold with the following extras: 2 water hoses, new water filter still in box, cable TV wire, 2 sewerage hoses with slinky support, spare brake buddy, spare bumper caps, 2 electric 30/50 amp lines, set of leveling blocks. Unfortunately, there was no owner's manual when I purchased the unit. I have collected some items and have them in a folder though. Also, there is a tear in the flooring from taking out the u-shaped dinette.
