Private bedroom has private access to bathroom, large wardrobe, two closets, to cabinets over the queen-sized bed and storage below the bed.

Bathroom has a shower, vanity, raised ceramic toilet, and a large towel and storage closet.

Living area has an entertainment center with a foldaway desk, a stow-away television, and media center. There are speakers in the living area, bedroom and outside that are all controlled by the media center. The tv is connected to antenna, is cable capable, and the media center will allow cd’s. A new queen-sized sofa bed adds comfortable seating and space for two guests to sleep. The living area has space for a large recliner if desired.

The dining table extends when the large living/kitchen slide is extended to provide space for four chairs.

The kitchen has a 3-burner gas stove, ample counter space with a double sink, microwave, refrigerator, broom closet and pantry. There are two large cabinets above the stove and counter.

The trailer has an awning that is extended electrically, 3 waste tanks and one freshwater tanks, water hookup for city water and a 30-amp electric connection.  The tv antenna is adjustable. There is a ladder on the rear of the box for roof access. The trailer is currently wired for one rear looking camera that provides sight along the right rear side of the trailer. The monitor and one additional camera will come with it. The trailer hitch is a Reese 12,000 lb. weight distribution hitch with a sway bar. There are two 30lb. propane tanks and two 12-volt marine batteries. 

Inside the entry door, there is a control panel for the electric/gas hot water heater, the slide outs, the awning, the water pump (if not connected to city water) porch light, main lights in living area and to see the current levels in the water and wastewater tanks and the battery.
