Owner’s Notes

“The rear passenger leveling foot assembly is bent and does not function. The previous owners shared that they relied solely on the air bags for leveling when parked, and that system worked well for their needs. All replacement parts for the leveling foot assembly have already been sourced and will be included with the coach. For full transparency, the tires are nearing the end of their usable life and will need replacement. The coach is priced with this in mind.

After one trip, we realized this Beaver Monterey is simply more coach than we need — but it is everything most people want. This 40-foot diesel pusher showcases classic Beaver craftsmanship, featuring original solid wood cabinetry, original tile flooring, and original carpet. The carpet is in good condition for its age and simply needs a bit of stretching. The leather captain’s chairs also remain in excellent condition.

Cosmetically, the paint on both the front and rear caps is beginning to peel and will need attention at some point. To my knowledge, there are no leaks associated with this; it appears to be cosmetic rather than structural. Additionally, there is a small section of plywood under the bedroom slide where the underside layer has separated. This is being repaired using PlusRoc RV underbelly material and matching waterproof flex tape designed specifically for RV underbelly sealing and reinforcement.

The three-slide layout creates an exceptionally spacious interior, with opposing living-room slides and a bedroom slide with a comfortable queen bed. The living area includes a newly added stand-assist recliner, an expandable dinette, and a well-appointed kitchen with a pop-up counter extension, two-burner gas stove with its original cover, and a fully functional convection microwave.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, generous pass-through basement storage, a power awning with wind sensor, and Colorado Carefree slide toppers. This coach is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and practicality.

Powered by a 350HP Cummins diesel engine paired with an Allison transmission on a Roadmaster chassis with air suspension, it delivers a smooth, confident ride suited for long-distance travel.
