Additional Information:

This CAT is an oldie but goodie. Used as back up equipment at the local airport for snow plowing. It was required that the machine be mechanically sound and be in good appearance. We did not use it often over the nearly 20 years we have owned the machine. We brought it into our shop and anything that could be a problem was addressed including rebuilding hydraulic cylinders that leaked and rebushed loose pins. We installed a new cab heater system, performed major upgrades, rewiring, upgraded alternator, upgraded external lighting including new strobe lights, led front lights, changing all fluids including checking drain oil for metal (none found), checking planetaries and filling with new lube. Check, adjust air brakes, installed 4 brand new tires, added block and external engine heater as well as new batteries and an onboard battery maintainer. All glass is intact as well as external sheet metal that shows nicely. Paint is in good or better condition and equipped with the big bucket option. New exhaust system including a new muffler. We also installed new engine compartment sheet metal doors and components necessary to block off radiator for winter operation. This machine performed at  a high level and exceeded expectations when we counted on it . All things considered this has been a great asset to our company and could be the same for you. Offered as an additional option, and may be sold with or without is a like new 18 foot Avalanche steel trip cutting edge snow pusher. Pusher is in excellent condition. This combination worked well together and could put a lot of snow on the pile in a short time. Only available as my health has slightly declined and I let the airport deal go and have no desire to replace the work and have started to look at retiring at my own pace. I am hopeful this machine will do the same job for another concern.
