“For sale is my well-maintained 2019 Caterpillar 249D Skid Steer Loader with only 421.5 hours. I’m the original owner, and it’s been used primarily on my 8-acre property—never abused or overworked. This machine is in excellent condition, with a fully enclosed cab, working A/C, two-speed travel, and auxiliary hydraulics. All maintenance has been performed on schedule, with complete service records available through Cat. Included in the sale are a standard bucket with a detachable tooth bar, a 10’ plow, and a 3” skeleton bucket with grapples—making it ideal for snow removal, landscaping, or light construction.
