“For sale is our 2017 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8299BS Fifth Wheel, in excellent condition with less than 1,000 miles of total travel. We've used it as a seasonal weekend retreat at the Jersey Shore, always stored on our property when not in use. It tows smoothly (approx. 10,000lbs fully loaded) and recently received four new, higher-load-rated tires. This well-maintained fifth wheel features a residential feel with a two-sink island kitchen, large propane refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and a 5-bottle wine rack. The living area includes an electric fireplace, a 42” Furrion TV, two leather La-Z-Boy recliners, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a foam topper, ample storage including a large closet, six soft-close drawers, under-bed storage, and space for a second TV. Additional upgrades and features include a smart ceiling fan with remote, two power awnings, heated tanks, dual batteries for extended dry camping, an enhanced AC system (ducted, largest size for 30 AMP), and an upgraded shower and bathroom layout with a laundry chute. The entertainment system offers Bluetooth, DVD/CD, and a 3-zone speaker system (interior/exterior).
