This luxury rear kitchen model is loaded with upgrades and preventative maintenance, making it ready for full-time living or extended travel. Equipped with the highly desirable Forever Roof, slipper spring suspension, gravity entry steps, LED awning lighting, and a 10-gallon water heater. The kitchen has been upgraded from the factory stove to a 2-burner cooktop, allowing for additional drawer storage and improved functionality. Features three air conditioning units, with the rear two equipped with heat pumps for added comfort and efficiency in cooler weather. The shower sliding glass door has also been replaced and updated. Please note, the bathroom vent fan is currently not working. Maintenance has been a top priority on this Vilano. Bearings have been packed every year, full inspections completed annually, and the water heater has been completely flushed every six months. Any issues that arose were addressed promptly under factory warranty and repaired by the manufacturer.”
