“For sale is our 2019 Grand Design Momentum M-Class 381M Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler, built pre-COVID and in excellent condition. We are the second owners, and it has been very lightly used—averaging about eight trips per year—and always wintered indoors in a heated building. Please note, this unit is not currently winterized due to being stored in a climate-controlled building, however, everything is flushed and empty. The camper features a spacious 15' garage with washer/dryer hookups, four TVs, three air conditioners, and a built-in 5500 Cummins generator. It’s fully loaded with modern conveniences, including the RV One control system for remote monitoring, a Furrion camera system with 7” monitor, and a TPMS tire monitoring system. This unit does have a 20K Reese Air Ride Gooseneck installed, as there is no conventional king pin assembly for towing. Maintenance has been meticulously kept: new roof and main awning in September 2022, new tires the same year, and all brakes and backing plates replaced in early 2024. Reinforced spring mounts and Morryde Rubber Equalizers were also installed in 2022. Waxed yearly and everything works as it should, this toy hauler has been carefully cared for and is ready for your next adventure.”
