Owner’s Notes

“This 2018 Prime Tech PT175 Track Mulcher is a dependable, work-ready machine that has been well maintained and is ready to tackle your next job. At approximately 1,760 hours, it received a complete hydraulic service along with fresh engine oil, fuel and air filters, and service to both planetary hubs. The air conditioning system was replaced within the last 200 hours and keeps the enclosed cab comfortable while working. This mulcher requires no DEF, simplifying maintenance and operation. The only cosmetic issue is some bubbling in the window tint on the Lexan windows, but it still provides added shade and visibility. The machine is being offered for sale because our business has shifted primarily to smaller residential clearing projects, leaving this unit with very little use over the past year. It's a solid, well-cared-for mulcher that's ready to go straight to work.”
