I purchased this RV brand new to live in while I opened a new branch of my business. I lived in it for approximately 6 months until my business was established. I really enjoyed living in the camper and have had no issues with it. The only other time the camper was used was when Hurricane Laura came through Louisiana. I used it for 3 months until power was restored, and the house was repaired so it does not have a lot of wear and tear on it at all. It has been sitting on my business yard and kept up with. This camper would be great for weekend family fun or for a hunting camp. It would also be nice for tailgating at your favorite football stadium or for use after a hurricane. The reason I am selling is because I now have a backup generator hooked to my house and I do not need it for business any longer. It is a solid camper and a must see.
