“Bought this from first owner in 2015. 1 year only on this production. Ever-Lite made by Evergreen, model 31RKS-5 , all composite, rubberized roof. Dry it still comes in at 8200 pounds. 60-gallon fresh water and 1 sewage plus 2 more dump tanks. 2 batteries and a small factory solar panel on the roof. 50-amp service, but I misplaced that cord and use a 50-amp to 30-amp adapter. All manuals included. Custom receiver hitch for towing behind the camper by the first owner. I made custom bumper mounts for (2) 0 gravity chairs and another mount for corn hole ( bean bag) boards. 2015 I also added slide awnings. Reese Revolution towing pin box swivels on camper instead of hitch making backing up camper much easier. Easy to set up on your hitch. My only complaint is the exterior finish. Even though it's stored in a poll barn every winter, decals have cracked and front cap is faded. I tried numerous times by hand to get the cap shiny. I think a buffer and the right product would work well. The camper is emptied of stuff and cleaned for sale, also just winterized for storage.
Repairs:
2020 due to loss of power in my poll barn during winter, had to replace both batteries and power inverter.
2021 replaced the A/C unit and made ducting right.
2022 replaced the fridge cooling unit and made modifications to wall for better efficiency.”
