A trapdoor located in the bathroom allows for plumbing and electric breaker box access.  There is a 98 gallon fresh water and a 50 gallon grey water tank.  The setup is similar to an RV with a 30amp plug, water port, and drain hose.  It comes fully furnished with propane heat and wood stove, propane on demand tankless water heater, apartment sized refrigerator, bathtub/shower, retractable loft ladder, and possible single sleeping loft.  It has a double drop-leaf table that accommodates 6 people.  The kitchen has stainless steel countertops. Also included, is a 3-in-1 combo electric stove (oven/grill/coffee maker), single electric burner, mini- popcorn popper, mini-hotpot, and mini-crockpot. There is vinyl plank flooring throughout.  This tiny has an Arctic entrance too! Outside skirting with double barn-style doors for easy access to storage underneath the home.  Four leveling jacks also come with this tiny.  ALL the logs, wood used was hand milled. No box-store stuff. All wood and logs are hand milled Alaska sourced, white spruce, sitka spruce, fir and birch.
