Items short of perfection: 

 Driver side door latch only opens from exterior (reach through window to unlatch, open door.)

 The spare tire mount is frozen and does not swing open.

 Tires have about 30% of tread left (about 10K miles)

 Minor rust on rear wall of engine compartment, frame, springs, hubs

 Needs an air vent gasket to prevent rainwater from getting inside.

 Needs a new transfer shifter boot.

 No emergency break.
