“Well
maintained with approximately 21,200 highway miles (no off-roading). The 4
person dinette includes 3 seat belts and has fold-up extensions for use as a
chase lounge. The bathroom fan has been upgraded to a Maxxair roof fan. The Truma
AquaGo continuous water heater system ensures plenty of hot water for showering
and the galley. The Coleman-Mach AC was replaced in 2022 and a noise reducer
has been installed on the AC unit. An HWH automatic leveling system has been
installed for easy leveling. Other upgrades include tire valve extenders for
easy inflation and maintenance of dually tires. A full spare tire is included,
mounted on the undercarriage. The onboard propane tank holds 9 lbs. of usable propane,
and a special valve has been installed to allow a conventional propane tank to
be used in cases of emergency or extended stays. The engine received an oil
change in October 2023. The coach systems are under a transferable extended
warranty that expires in May 2027. The purchase price includes an array of
turn-key RV accessories including chassis bra, external windshield cover,
electronics, hoses, and other supplies worth over $3,600 if purchased new. A
