“For sale is a 2017 Haven Harvesters CW-RL Berry/Grape Harvester. This machine is in used but well-maintained condition and ready to go to work. Weighing approximately 14,000 lbs, it measures 16’6” in length, 104” in width, and 10’3” in height, with a tunnel height range of 74”–94” and a tunnel width of 46”. The minimum fruit catching height is 11–12”, making it suitable for a variety of vineyard and berry applications. Powered by a reliable 97 HP Caterpillar C4.4 Turbo Diesel engine (below deck), the harvester features an Eaton hydrostatic two-speed wheel drive system (0–6 MPH low range, 0–12 MPH high range) with push-button traction control on the joystick. It rides on Tru Power TL Titan tires in the front (31x15.50-15NHS 8) and Goodyear Terra Tires in the rear (38X20-16.1). Steering is rack and pinion with tight 90° turning capability. Joystick propulsion and ground speed control is cable-driven, with three-button lift control and 20” lift cylinders on all four wheels for ground clearance adjustment. The harvester uses a double sway picking system with ¾” nylon rods and soft side wall curtains for gentle fruit collection. The fruit collection system includes over-catcher pan brushes, 45 under-curtain brushes, and a vertical wall shield, feeding onto 6” modular plastic Forbo Series S8 belting conveyors with an undershot blower system for efficient cleaning and movement. Lighting includes 2 front, 2 side, 2 rear, 2 at lug tenders, and 1 in the tunnel, plus front and rear flashers for safety. Tank capacities are approximately 30 gallons for food-grade hydraulic oil and 65 gallons for diesel fuel. This unit is rear-loading only and built for high-efficiency harvesting with gentle fruit handling.”
